PARTIAL PLANNING

Two walkthroughs with Bride & Groom at venue location

Up to 25 hours of meetings in person with Bride/Groom and/or vendors such as videographer, florist, rentals/design, to explore ideas, create and ultimately finalize plans
•
Liaison for the Bride and Groom and their vendors for the three months prior to the wedding — communicating venue information and special requests, as well as confirming arrival times and content to be delivered
•
Advise and coordinate all necessary rentals for ceremony, reception and catering tent
•
Schedule created and provided to vendors for Day-Of drop offs, set ups and pick ups
FULL WEDDING PLANNING

Vendor communication and appointments completely handled by us

Planning, designing and coordinating the rehearsal dinner in addition to managing the ceremony rehearsal

Set up and design a wedding website including details such as “how we met,” photos of the couple, activities for guests to do in the area, links for guests to book transportation & hotel accommodations

Aid in designing the look and feel of the ceremony and reception, breathing life into the Bride and Groom’s vision of their wedding day
